As if Britney's laughable, stumbling appearance on MTV's VMAs last night wasn't bad enough, her hair certainly looked just as rediculous as she did! I couldn't stop staring at those hilacious tangled extensions gripping onto 1 inch of outgrowth, from when she famously shaved her head bald months ago.
